An overview of the Vakantiebeurs participation:
For the Vakantiebeurs 2026 event, we offer three different participation packages:
1. B2B Only Package (January 7–8, 2026)
Meet with travel agencies, tour operators, and travel media during the professional days.
2. B2C Only Package (January 8–11, 2026)
Engage directly with Dutch consumers during the public days of the fair.
3. Combined B2B + B2C Package
Participate in both the professional and public days:
Join the B2B days from January 7–8, and continue with the B2C days from January 8–11, 2026.

1. B2B Only Package (January 7–8, 2026)
Meet with travel agencies, tour operators, and travel media during the professional days.
Early Bird Package is valid between 15.1 – 31.8.2025
* Participation fee 2200 euros + VAT% , 1 representative / company
* Additional person from the same company 790 euros + VAT%.
* Shared Table 1600 euros + VAT%, 1 representative/company. Two companies total 3200 euros + VAT%
Normal Price Package 1 is valid between 1.9 – 30.10.2025 (upon availability)
* Participation fee 2600 euros + VAT%; 1 representative / company.
* Additional person from the same company 790 euros + VAT %.
* Shared Table 2000 euros + VAT%, 1 representative/company. Two companies total 4000 euros + VAT%
Last Minute Price Package 1.11 – 15.11.2025 (upon availability, when separately agreed until 30.11.2025)
* Participation fee 2800 euros + VAT%; 1 representative / company.
* Additional person from the same company 690 euros + VAT%.

2. B2C Only Package (January 8–11, 2026)

Participation fee: €2,600 + VAT (1 representative/company)
Additional representative: €790 + VAT
Shared Table: €1,800 + VAT (1 representative/company)

Travel trade days organized meetings 7.1 – 8.1.2026:
meetings with local tour operators, travel agencies and travel media during trade fair professional days, entrance tickets to the trade fair (1 day), ToolBox representative services.
– Stand participation 7.1 – 11.1.2026: 1 information desk/table, two chairs, common storage space, company name on the stand wall and listed in the exhibitor catalogue. ToolBox representative services. Stand coordinated by ToolBox Consulting.
– TV set for commercials at the stand
– Special map made for consumers giving contact information of those companies and destinations co-exhibiting at the stand.
Consumer Days, B2C 8.1 11.1.2026
– Consumer days stand 8.1 – 11.1.2026: meetings with local tour operators, travel agencies and travel media during trade fair professional day 8.1, entrance tickets to the trade fair (1 day), ToolBox representative services.
– Stand participation 7.1 – 11.1.2026: 1 information desk/table, two chairs, common storage space, company name on the stand wall and listed in the exhibitor catalogue. ToolBox representative services. Stand coordinated by ToolBox Consulting.

The participation price does not include: Travel and accommodation expenses, and meals during the fair
