WTM London introduces global travel buyers to over 5,000 of the biggest destinations and brands in the world. WTM London prides itself on being the hub of travel ideas. We aim to give you, the global travel trade, an insight of how the industry will look in the next five years, share innovations, and create endless business opportunities over the course of three days. Accepted Suppliers are taken in order of “first come, first served”.

Time: 03 – 05 November, 2026.
Place: ExCeL London 1 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock London Docklands, E16 1XL ExCeL

London ExCel is an exhibition and international convention centre located on the northern quay of the Royal Victoria Dock in London Docklands, between Canary Wharf and London City Airport.

Bigger and better than ever, overall attendance at the event increased by six per cent to 46,316 individuals, with many travel professionals attending for between two and three days. To accommodate the additional visitors, the show increased in scale by almost eight per cent, adopting new halls within Excel London’s Level-0, where visitors could enjoy large new conference stages and hospitality areas.

Aligned to the event expansion, a record number of exhibitors from the private sector were in attendance, with exhibitor participation growing to 4,047, another rise of eight per cent compared to last year.

Please note the following important information about ETA Visa:

ETA visa for participants

The ETA requirement for travel to the UK has been extended to most non-European countries whose citizens have previously enjoyed visa-free travel. The easiest way is to download UK ETA app. The cost is around 10 – 20 euros and it is valid for two years.
The ETA requirement has been removed for passengers traveling via the UK and the passenger does not leave the airport area. This exception is now being reconsidered.

2700 euros + VAT % (if applicable) to share the table with another company. Here shared table = shared meeting list, one meetings list for 2 persons. Total cost of two companies with each one representative, 5400 euros + VAT % (if applicable)

3300 euros + VAT & (if applicable) to share the table with another company. Here shared table = separate meeting lists, 1 meeting list for each person. Total cost of two companies with each one representative, 6600 euros + VAT % (if applicable)

1.3 – 31.5.2026 Normal Price Package

4500 euros + VAT % (if applicable) / person

1100 euros + VAT % (if applicable) for additional person from the same company

2900 euros + VAT % (if applicable) to share the table with another company. Here shared table = shared meeting list, 1 meeting list to be shared with 2 persons. Total cost of two companies with each one representative, 5800 euros + VAT % (if applicable)

1.6 – 15.7.2026 Last Minute Sales Price Package

4700 euros + VAT % (if applicable) / person

1100 euros + VAT % (if applicable) for additional person from the same company.

3100 euros + VAT % (if applicable)/person to share the table with another company, here shared table = shared meeting list, one meeting list for 2 persons. Total cost of two companies with each one representative, 6200 euros + VAT % (if applicable)

Late registration after 15.7.2025: Subject to availability and additional charges.

Minimum of 5 companies needed to be able to organize the stand.

Shared Table – 2 options

Option number 1:
In our original offer the Shared table means that you have also a shared meeting list. Two companies are shown as one unit in the digital platform. The names are combined together. Shared Table service is targeted for companies which this way can enter WTM with a more economical rate.

Option number 2:

We have a new Shared Table offer where the companies share their table but they can obtain separate meeting lists and their company identity is shown digitally in the WTM 2025 platform.

Price does not include:
– your travel and accommodation costs in London

Shared services with all participants
– 2 – 4 electricity sockets (charging laptops, mobile telephones). The amount of sockets is relevant to stand size.
