Summer Fun Workshop is the largest hybrid travel trade event in the Northern Europe specialized in Summer season. This is the 5th time we organize the event. The duration is 2 days, and the first day, 9.9.2024, is dedicated to Buyers coming to Helsinki, Finland and meeting potential partners face-to-face.

The second day, 10.9.2024 is in remote access only for the Buyers who are not able to come to Helsinki. All meetings are organized as pre-scheduled 15 minutes meetings. All participants are subject to pre-registration and qualification.

The definition of Offline Workshop: you are coming to Finland and attending the workshop 9.9.2024 You have also possibility to participate in Get Together Party 4.9 and different fully hosted Pre and Post Tours. 

The definition of Online Workshop: you have all your business meetings in remote access 10.9.2024. For all online participants it is obligatory to participate in Training Sessions prior to workshop to be able to manage the meeting platform.

Offline Meeting Workshop 9.9.2024

Tour operators and travel agents who are looking for new products and destinations, and are involved in initiating or authorizing purchasing decisions on travel-related products and services, can register as Buyers free of charge. Buyers' travel costs in/out to Helsinki are on participant's own expense. Organizer can provide one night free in 3 or 4 stars-category hotel. Limited amount of hotel rooms available.

Arrival/Departure Helsinki

Arrival to Helsinki is not included in the Hosted Buyer package. You need to purchase your own ferry, flight or train tickets in/out of Helsinki to attend the workshop and participate in Pre and Post Tours. 

Online Meeting Workshop 10.9.2024

The duration of each meeting is 15 minutes. We use a special Tavata Events platform to organize all meeting sessions. You need to prebook all your meetings. During the workshop day it is not possible anymore to book the meetings through the booking system.
