Invitation: ITB 2025 in Berlin - joint Baltic and Nordic countries stand

Welcome to attend ITB 2025 in Berlin!

The world´s biggest travel show and convention is finally back, hosting the leaders of the worldwide travel industry, showcasing strong trends and providing unlimited opportunities for the travel business.

This year our package is for the event in Berlin 4.3 - 6.3.2025. Accepted Suppliers are taken in order of "first come, first served".

Time: 4.3 at 10:00 - 18:00 (invite only), 5.3 and 6.3 at 10:00 - 18:00

Place: Messe Berlin, Messedamm 22, 14055 Berlin, Germany

Messe Berlin is an exhibition and international convention centre located in West Berlin..

We have four (4) principal price packages available!

Tables for four persons can be shared with 2 companies too. 

1.4.2024 -30.6.2024 time for registration as Super Early Bird Price Package
Table 1: 5600 euros + VAT 24% (if applicable). Max. 2 persons (4 chairs); 1  company participation cost is 2800 euros + VAT 24 % (if applicable) 
Table 2: 3900 euros + VAT 24 % (if applicable). Max 1 person (2 chairs)     

1.7.2024 -31.8.2024 time for registration as Early Bird Price Package
Table 1: 5800 euros + VAT 24% (if applicable). Max. 2 persons (4 chairs)
Table 2: 4100 euros + VAT 24 % (if applicable). Max 1 person (2 chairs)     

1.9.2024 -31.10.2024 time for registration as Normal Price Package
Table 1: 6000 euros + VAT 24% (if applicable). Max. 2 persons (4 chairs)
Table 2: 4300 euros + VAT 24 % (if applicable). Max 1 person (2 chairs)     

1.11.2024 -31.12.2024 time for registration as Last Minute Price Package
Table 1: 6200 euros + VAT 24% (if applicable). Max. 2 persons (4 chairs)
Table 2: 4500 euros + VAT 24 % (if applicable). Max 1 person (2 chairs)                  

Minimum of 6 companies (tables) needed to be able to organize this package service.

Price includes:
- stand  in Northern Europe section
- own or shared table with another company representative(s). See above.
- registration process as attendant for the event organizer
Price does not include:
- your travel and accommodation costs in Berlin
Shared services with all participants
- 2 electricity sockets (charging laptops, cellular telephones)
- info desk
- Brochure rack
- ToolBox representatives assistance
