We have opened the registration 16.4.2020, for companies located in Baltic countries, Nordic countries and West Russia.

There are several options for attending in different workshop events:

You can book all three events OR only one event, or remaining only in Portugal or Spain.

Rates

Registration fee Barcelona and Madrid (Early Bird rates valid until 15.10.2020)
1.700 € + VAT 24 % (own table, one participant).
2.000 € + VAT 24 % (own table, two representatives from the same company)
1.200 € + VAT 24 % (by company representative, shared table with another company representative)
Registration fee Lisbon (Early Bird rates valid until 15.10.2020)
800 € + VAT 24 % (own table, one participant).
1.100 € + VAT 24 % (own table, two representatives from the same company)
1.200 € + VAT 24 % (by company representative, shared table with another company representative)
(Higher rates starts from 16.10.2020 to 30.11.2020 - +100 euros to the above shown prices. From 1.12.2020 – 15.1.2021 - +200 euros to the above shown prices)
Venues
Centrally located hotels in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon. There is an allotment for each hotels. See more information below.
Programme
Each destination from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Lunch at 2.00 p.m.
Price includes
Event arrangements, our staff assistance, sales manual for Buyers and Suppliers, lunch and refreshments during the workshops.
Price doesn’t include
Travel and accommodation costs. Meals except lunch in the workshop. We have some rooms booked from both city centres for the Suppliers. If interested please contact us and we can provide for you DSUs or dbls. The rates of the rooms will be posted in our website in May 2020, www.toolboxtravel.fi. Reservations directly to the hotel. Also we provide train tickets Barcelona – Madrid. Price quotations in June 2020.

Goals for the Roadshow

We are able to host max. 30 Suppliers. We expect to have around 100 Buyers in Spanish events and approx. 30 in Lisbon.

The Roadshow is organized by Inseltrade (Spain) and ToolBox Consulting Ltd.
